Tips for a flat belly
Important advice for proper nutrition and fitness. Below you will find some ways to get once and for all a flat belly.
Limit alcohol – The liver processes alcohol first, then carbohydrates and protein. The general presence of alcohol in your body slows down the burning of fat. This does not mean that you should cut alcohol but you will just have to limit your consumption of wine and beer in one glass a day.
Relax – Stress causes the secretion of a hormone which “helps” your body to store fat, especially around the abdominal area. So find time in your day to relax and take deep breaths. It would be nice to stop what you are doing every one to two hours and taking 5 to 10 breaths.
Stop eating small amounts of food – Eating small amount of food puts your body into a “starvation mode” forcing your body to store fat to use as energy. Eat foods that make you burn fat (almonds, salmon, avocado) and do not let your stomach hungry.
Do aerobic exercise – The muscles of our body are more metabolically active than the fat. This means that when you are exercising your muscles constantly, then your metabolism works better and burns the fat quickly.
Go for wholegrain foods – Studies have shown that people who do not eat refined carbohydrates and prefer wholemeal foods have 10% less belly fat from the rest.
Drink water – Drink about 1,5 liters of water (7-8 glasses) a day.Hydration is the most important action for a healthy looking skin and body.
