The little black dress
No dought, there is no closet that does not have the most famous garment of modern fashion history. The little black dress is the wildcard of a closet and worn comfortably from noon till night. Do not attempt to wear it in the morning unless your name is Audrey Hepburn, Anna Wintour or Madonna.
The story begins in the early 20th century when Gabriel «Coco» Chanel published a picture of a simple black dress in American Vogue. Subversive for its time, but simultaneously elegant and liberation for the female silhouette, the little black dress starts to rise and not stop or period of great depression. In 1950 Haute Couture Christian Dior gave another assay, as garment bold and eccentric woman. The Hollywood star has already begun to worship and often replace it with the suits worn by that time.
The truth is that this piece is very easy to wear and helps to bring out every woman bodily advantages. Because of its color thins out in countless patterns and you can choose the one that flatters you more, usually the length is up to the middle of the knee, that is the right length, and operates as a canvas for the accessories you wear.
This is what famous actors have in mind and wear it every hour and minute of day. The famous couture houses know that and send their little black dresses constantly to them. Thus the famous ladies are the best free advertising.
